IST 531 – Video and Audio Production

For this video, I decided to create an introductory video for one of the modules I will be working on at CJ Logistics. This was my first time creating this type of content, so there was a lot to learn. My modules will use both Constructivism and Social Learning Theory, and for this video, I tried to apply the same.

I tried to create a sort of ‘bridge’ between the two learning theories. This video will act as the ‘modeling’ phase of social learning, where learners learn through observation, imitation, and modeling, and it also uses a constructivist environment, allowing learners to build their own meaning rather than just absorbing facts and information.

My capstone project focuses on the employee experience, appreciation, and leadership within CJ Logistics. The first module will focus specifically on the experience, so this video introduces that focus and gives a brief overview of what will be learned during the module.

I did not have enough content from the actual company to use, so most of it is stock videos/photos from other sources. Ideally, I can eventually replace some of these images and videos with actual footage from CJ Logistics warehouses.
